Tax Return- 2liter time

I got my tax return and now i'm contemplating getting a 2liter installed.
Question is anyone know a tuner on the east coast preferably in the Mid-
Atlantic that won't rip me off.  I know of AWE and i dont want to go there.
Motortechnik is the other choice i know of they will do a great job but they
charge alot.
