checking out a 1986 scirocco

I'm looking at a 86 8V silver car on Friday, 90k, air, sunroof, cruise,
original paint and interior, interior is supposed to be really clean,
and the whole car is supposed to be well maintained. Any areas or items
I should look for or be concerned? I am hoping to be a first time
scirocco owner, and I appreciate any help or ideas, or if you know of a
searchable archive or FAQ buying guide please pass the URL along. Again,
