Alarm LED locations

I already have one LED mounted in the spare button on the middle of the 
dash, but this is invisible to much of the perimeter around the car. 
I've seen LED's mounted near the door pins on some new Vdubs and others 
mounted near the sail windows. Some people even set their parking lights 
on blink timers! Anyways I can wire up to 3 more LEDS in series 
according to my Ungo installer, where would you put them for optimum 
visibility? (IMHO, aftermarket scanners are hella cheesy, and pretty 
rice rocketish)

I've considered putting an extra one up in the centre of the dash-top at 
the glass, even one on the back of the mirror. What have other roccians 
done?
