vavle size

please excuse the typing latly guys but i bought this POS computer and
now it does what it wants(turns radom software on and turns the mouse
and keyboard on and off) it is pretty F*#@+K up......any way to the
point of this mail the vavle size on the 1.8 head are ____________.  
can someone fill in the blank. and what is the most you can oversize
them (worng worder nut you guys get it)  i ll let you drive my car when
it is together if ig et the answer tonight  thanks  =  P
