	Do you have either part of it as of yet?
If you have a the lower part you can bulid your own top part. 
Other then that I have to agree with everyone else. Don't hold your breath. 
I know of one other place that had the lower 50 mm peice. 
It was Bellevue MotorSport in Bellevue washington.
