Who Was That?

Anybody,

    I was at the Fort Sam Houston TX PX last Friday about 12 and saw a
Gold 16v
without the tail badges.  Anybody know who?  Also, there was a guy in
San Antonio who was parting out his 16v.  Anybody heard from him or
obtained any parts?
