It sounds like you have your work cut out for ya. here is a little insight
for what I can help you with. The injector seals are around $4.00 or so and
there is a tool that helps remove them from the head it cost around $8.00
this is very helpful for the happy little bastards that want to stay put and
not come out. This tool also helps when putting them back in. As for your
type of fuel system you should have CIS. Unless it has been converted over.
As for the idle air valve it is located on the strut tower along with the
A/C boost relays one should be white and the other is black. Both of these
are for the A/C when it is running I believe. It sounds like you have
cleaned them well. One thing that might help is using the carb cleaner while
the car is running and spray around the intake system i.e. TB and Fuel dist
and see if the idle smoothes out if it does then you have a leak and you can
do this around the injectors too.
