The shims prevent the fore / aft engine torquing that robs hp
and stresses the mounts. Very much like having solid mounts
in a race class (ITC) that does not allow the use of solid 
mounts. The mod takes about 1 hr. to fabricate and will 
eliminate almost all of the fore / aft torquing under hard
acceleration / deceleration.
