synthetic oil..and tach

does anyone have a preference as to what synthetic they prefer
amsoil ...moboil...whatever..duralube(hahahah..just a joke)
i am getting supplies ready for the completetion of my motor
any one have suggestions on break in time frame
one more thing..does any one have na extra working tach from a 140
speedo laying around they would wnat to part with ...i am tryig to
keepher stock looking and i dont want to put any hugh gauges on if i can
helpit
