Yes he does.. I've put it on both of the VW's I've had lately.  I actually 
forgot to take it off of the Passat before I sold it. DAMNIT!  thanks for 
reminding me.  Anywho, I liked it better!  It'll stay on my scirocco once I 
swap to the 2.0 liter block i have.  yeehaw!
