I honestly don't know.  He said it was on the car when he bought it.  I do 
know that he got it from someone that worked at a European auto shop that 
specializes in performance stuff/work.  It could have been fabricated by the 
guys at the shop.  Don't ask me to ask him, my attorney is the only one that 
talks to him now.
