Suspension question? Anyone here have Bilstiens?

If you have the rear adjustable bilstiens where do you have the set?  I have 
mine in the position that they came in but i was thinking of moving it down a 
couple of rings.  I've heard scirocco's handle better with the back down a 
little lower than the front.  Also i was thinking of getting ABD sway bars.  
Any opinions on the quality of the bar?
