16v plug wire repair

[POTATO! <theforce@invasion.com>]

is it possible to replace one of the insulated ends on a 16v plug
wire?...one of the insulators that goes down into the head had a piece of
rubber near the bottom break off......i have a set of stock wires that i
can use to swap in....but i'm not sure how to splice it in and have the
connection be clear.....anyone done this?......
