Re: Sciroccos in London
Hi Jorel
We have plenty of MK2's and Corrados but Mk1's are becoming rare. I think its
due to the fairly damp climate causing them to rust badly. This is fairly common
for most manufacturers of vehicles in the seventies/early eighties which were
supplied in the UK.
I see you experienced the joys of London Transport. Quite possibly the most
awful public transport system in the developed world. Underfunding is the
probably the the greatest problem it faces amongst others.
British swearing - identical to American (blame Hoolywood) with a few local
charmers thrown in for good measure.
British Customs - i'm not even gonna bother
No i don't drive around Kings Cross - it is probably this countrys most well
known area for picking up prostitutes which is not my style.
I have a 1991 Scirocco Scala 1.8i 8v in Tornado Red and i live in South London,
and it is very rarely to be seen in the city.
I know the Scirocco content is low on this but i'm responding to questions about
little old England. However if any of you happen to be in London by all means
look us up. I'll be pleased to meet you
Andy
