In the Eastwood catolog they are $149.99  The kit includes one container of
gloss black powder.  There are many colors (34) and some(10) specialty
colors- translucent.  The colors cost $9.99 with specialty ones going for
$12.99.  Cheaper if you buy more.  All you need is an air supply and an
oven.  They recommend you don't use your oven that you cook in.
