[mk2] Removing speedo needle

	Can anyone tell me the secret to removing the speedo needle? I've
got my instrument cluster apart and have been trying to take the speedo
needle off, but no luck. The needle seems to be mounted to a cap that sits
on the end of the shaft. I can get part of the cap to pop out of place, but
the back won't budge. It looks like there are two semi-circle shims under
the cap in the back. Do I take these out before the needle will go?
