little problem diaganostic

Ok now that my new motor mount is in and my car is feeling good I'd like to 
fix the last annoyance that I have, and I can't diagnose it on my own. The 
problem is that when the car is cold it pulls HARD to redline without a 
problem, but as soon as the car heats up 1/4 of the way, the car will 
studder when I'm at full throttle. The studdering doesn't happen until just 
after 6k rpm's but happens in first and second gear.  It feels like I'm 
hitting the rev limiter to soon. I checked the spark plugs, and they were 
good, and there is no pinging so I assume that I have the timing set ok( 8 
degrees base, 30 total).
Oh and the fuel pump isn't making any weird noises so I assume it;s ok too.
So what should I check next?
