2.0 16v -What should I pay?

I'm starting to do the preliminary reasearch to replace my 1987 1.8 8v
with a 2.0 16v.  I am not in a position where I want to build it myself,
I would like to find something with low miles and plop it in.  Couple of
questions.

1) What should I pay for the engine and all attached...(I'm assuming
I'll need the computer...harness...exaust manifold) 

2)  Will it bolt up directly with my transmission 9A ?

How much would you think a person would pay for the entire job including
someones labor to install and the cost of the parts..?
