Euro lights

The turn signals arent fitting flush w/ the fender after intalling the euro 
lights.  Is this common?  Everyone I know with the lights have the same 
problem.  Anyone else have this?  Also, one of the plastic adjustment inserts 
is missing on mine.  It's the one on the passenger side (upper right corner 
of the high/low).  Can I use the ones from the US spec lamps? TIA
