Re:yet another quick question before i kill myself!!!..this ones alittle wierd

 just put new brakes on the car and took whole (2 piece) intake manifold off 
the car.......polished the top part and painted the bottom red....also 
painted the valve cover red to match(looks cool)....anyway put it all back 
together and the car seems to have a better idle......(cleaned out the idle 
stablizer valve and tuned the choke a little)----only thing is, if i 
continuosly hit the brake quickly,the car "misses" and sputters.....the tach 
also bounces(i'm sure some of you guys know what i mean..........any 
suggestions?
