corrado front brakes [again]

I am about to take delivery of my corrado front brakes, but without
the corrado steering knuckles.
If I use the stock scirocco knuckles, I have to use the adaptor pieces,
correct?

Where do I get these and how much are they, again?

I think it was Owen and Dale that were running this setup?
