[non-roc] Need some quick opinions

Need some opinions of whether this price is too high - don't want to see
my gf get screwed, but I'm not in the Jetta crowd, so I don't know:

1987 Jetta GLI 8v, 176K miles, runs great. Charcoal, sunroof, some body
blemishes (just needs some touch-up), but no rot at all, no dents. Black
bra. Needs two tires, windsheild (and gasket), and front brake rotors are
warped. Otherwise perfect. Interior is immaculate, everything works
except one door handle (imagine that!)

This is my description from seeing it. He's asking $1300. Too much?
