FS: Mk2 Momo knob/boot + lever

FS: Momo Super Anatomic shift knob in bright red (!), Momo black leather 
boot, and cut-down (approx 2-3") shift lever for Mk2.  Momo stuff is rare 
and no longer available - you won't find a red leather knob, and the 
Scirocco 2 boot is long gone too.  Both in excellent condition.
