Leaks and Tires

	I don't know if any of you have ever had any leak problems, but
i've been getting water inside on both the passenger and driver sides when
it rains.  It soaked my carpets, that is until i took them out.  I have no
clue whatsoever what the problem is, but i've narrowed down the sources to
somewhere from behind the dash.  Could it be my windshield seal? if so,
how do i check and repair it?  or is it something else i'm missing? any
advice wold be appreciated. i really hate having a car full of water...and
btw, i live in seattle, so my car doesn't get much time to dry out either.
	and one more thing, would it be illadvisable to use two different
tire sizes, say, 14" on the front and 13" on the rear?
