Group A Headgasket

Hey kids...

I just got off the phone with Mark from Adirondack...
I'm picking up the VW Motorsports Group A Headgasket (I think thats what 
he called it!) for my JH.
Its $92 (yikes!) and the 10 head bolts are $21.50.  Since its coming 
direct from Autotech, I think I'm going to have it 3 day-ed to me.

This is the second time that Mark has been able to get me parts from one 
of the 'majors' for cheaper than their advertised price -DELIVERED!   I 
highly recomend him for the east coast crew.   I have no experience with 
Potterman (although my uGLi does bear his sticker), but I hear of 
similar savings.  SUPPORT YOUR LIST MEMBERS!

Anyway, stock compression is 8.5:1 (right?) and this will raise it to 
9.4:1. What kind of HP net am I looking at?

This motor might be fun... Match ported intake/head/exhaust ports, dual 
manifold, Techtonics exhaust, raised compression, stock cam, balanced 
injectors, urethane mounts...
