what we don't like on our sciroccos
i would just like to say one thing, and that is two things;
1. sounds like a lot of you have let your roccos fall into
disrepair!
constant upkeep would alleviate a lot of the problems described.
2. mkII's are at least 8 to 17 years old, and were ahead of their
time
then. who cares if they aren't up to snuff compared to a newer car.
isn't that
what makes a classic a 'classic' ?
3. i know i said 2 things, but this has to be said... it is a
vee-dub!! did
anyone say in the 80's that their super beetle was "out-dated"? vee-dubs
have
intrinsic, timeless appeal.
sorry about this rant, but i get defensive when someone suggests my
babies
could be any better than they are. besides, if you find something you
don't
like or feel is a let down - upgrade and modify!! that's the beauty of a
v-dub!
