Thanks for the line Dave!  I just checked amizon.com and they 
are waiting for the release so it looks like I can find one of these 
books.  It will sell for like $16 not bad.

just though I'd post this for anyone else looking for this book!

Actually, the Greg Raven book, Volkswagen Water-Cooled Front Drive
Performance (etc.) has just been updated and re-released.  It's in the
latest Classic Motorbooks catalogue.
