True, in a way it could mean a bad sign but IF the OX is completely dead.
it very well could be but I think its unlikely. It just all depends on
the car I guess.
Your are right, he should test the OX sensor if he can, worth ruling it
out as a possible problem. There you go Daun, one more thing to do! :)
