[Funky tech] Lights:5th relay/toggle

Folks, (with a sheepish voice)  I just want to be able to do this:

Headlight switch off/ toggle off:       Lights off
Headlight switch off/ toggle on:       Lights off
low beam selected/ toggle off:        H4 lows on
low beam selected/ toggle on:        H4 lows on
High beam selected/ toggle off:      H4 highs on/ H3 on
High beam selected/ toggle on:      H4 highs on/ H3 on/ H4 lows on
