Just called about my transfer pump problems..
My car is still open for recall! I get a new transfer pump!

so, here's the lowdown..
I bought an 85 Scirocco with a bad transfer pump...  put one
in from a different car I got from the wreckers for freeeeee.
drove it home 100 miles... called VW and they said to bring
it in for repairs.

gotta like that.  =)
