RE:Oil Pressure Survey

I dont have any figures for ya since my oil pressure is reading so low I fault the guage. I run about 2 bar max at 3000rpm with motor completly warm. Dont ask why. As far as cool setups the only upgrade I can thing of is the 36MM oil pump of a 91? golf. I think the stock roc 16V pump has 32mm gears. I cant find the e-mail but this went around a while back. Hi there,


My Bentley manual lists a minimum engine oil pressure.  It doesn't list a everything-is-new-and-working-real-good pressure.

It says something like 30 PSI at 2000 RPM.  I have 30 @ 2000 RPM.  My valves are clicking, and I suspect oil pressure is a bit low.

Does anyone have any pressure data?

Are there any cool-beans hi-zoot oil setups I can put on a 16V?
