RE: Brake Lights and Turnsignals

i had a problem similar to this with my blinker.  pull out the assembly
from inside the car (it's held on by two clips near the middle on the
top and bottom.  you squeeze the clips and it will pop out).  pull off
the electrical connection and check for corrosion.  mine had rust on the
ground terminal, caused all sorts of gremlins.  if there is, you'll need
to get a bit of folded sandpaper and stick it inside the female terminal
to clean out the rust from in there too.  then get some needle nose
pliers and squeeze the terminals tighter for a good fit.  as for the
brake light, i think yours is like mine (on the brake pedal?) instead of
on the master cylinder, right?  they sometimes go bad (as mine did).
you can check for continuity with an ohm meter (after you unplug it!).
if it works, check for 12V at the switch.  it's probably one of these
two problems.
