   With the # of miles cited, you may very well need a new sensor. Luckily,
yours is the single wire version(cheaper). It's located in the exhaust man.
though, not the int. The box w/reset switch is mileage(gear driven)
controlled. Replacing the sensor, if bad, will help improve both your
hunting idle and gas mileage. HTH
