	Ok a simple fix is to order a new flex pipe and weld it onto your old
downpipe cat set up. Techtonics sells them rather cheap. Or for the same money
get euro or race down pipes with an O2 sensor. You'll pass emissions no
problem and if your worried about visual just say your resonator is your
cat(it actualy works) or weld or clamp a weld a heat sheild to the down pipes
where the cat would be. It also works most people don't care to even look.
