Blower question?

First off, I would like to thank everybody on the information posted
when I was having electricall/fuel problems with my scirocco.

OK, I replaced my fuel pump, and fuel pump relay. Now I have a problem
with the blower.  I can use the 1,2,3 settings but when I switch to 4, I
get no air at all.  I would like to know the best way to fix this
problem if anybody ever went through it.
