with your system running closed-loop, it will always be around 14.7:1,
that's what the O2 sensor is supposed to do. when the full throttle
switch is engaged, THEN it's supposed to get rich. yours is staying the
same. first check to see if the switch is engaging. if it is (and it's
working), maybe you need one of those hack job enrichment devices? max
power is at about 13:1. i think this is the best way to do it, that
way, everyday driving you would have ideal stochiometric ratio for a
balance of economy, power, and low emissions. when you floor it,
mileage and the environment be damned!! and you can't blow up your
engine from being too rich, only bog it down. too lean is much worse.
