You have been warned Derrick.
There have been many list members who has been screwed by EIP, those are
bad words in many vdub enthusiasts mind. Be very careful... they have a
good looking shop and nice ads and good presentation.. but just wait till
they get your cash, then you'll see the light.. by that time it's too late.
For 12,000 dollars the motor should rip and break every possible part in
your car.
Why don't you ask him to fit a G60 charger on your car.. as he rebuilds
and knows them so well. Heck it would be way cheaper on the budget. You
would'nt have to worry about so much shit like.. a wastegate, blowoff
valve, turbo timer, boost controller, turbo lag. etc..
But if your stuck on a turbo ..do some more research and do it yourself.
You could easy start with old Audi turbos from the junk yard and just get
them rebuilt. With a mild boost setting and the rigth information you
should'nt get into any deep trouble.
