car started but wont idle now

well i swapped out top fuel distributor parts, using the stock 81 
distributor top with the 86 aluminum fuel plate base. car starts and 
runs but as soon as i let off the gas it dies, then if i try to start 
it it just cranks over and over, let it sit a while, fires right up.

i then turned it off adn immed checked the plugs, dry and much 
cleaner than before. umm that air plate, must be very sensitive,
i think i may have to use the 3mm allen key to lean/enrich the 
misture and mess with the idle screw as i did replace t-bodies.

things are lookign better at least it runs
