As far as I know EXC Performance is no more and has been gone for many
months.  Their old web site, http://idt.net/~exc/ , now belongs to somebody
else.  For a long time if you followed that link there was a blurb about
somebody having ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them with a bogus credit
card so they had to close down.
