Knight Rider Scirocco?

Surfing through the Denmark Scirocco sites and came across a Scirocco
GLI 16V with what looks like a "Knight Rider" type, quartz like
accelerator gauge face.  Is that not a "VW" symbol in the upper left
corner of his gauge console face?  I guess these were only available in
Denmark or does any list member in Germany have this setup?  Just
curious....
