1980 Volkswagen Scirocco, 8000 Miles, $500, Oakland, CA

 Must Sell By: January 20, 1999. >> It "Used" to Run like Forest Gump!
I've recently had some trouble replacing the clutch and have no more time
to work on the car to get it ship-shape. It's only been down a week. Need
to sell before Sping semester of school starts. Body is in good shape

In the past 5 yrs. since I've owned it, it has: a rebuilt eng.; new
clutch; new wheel & hub bearings; and regular tune-ups. More recently:
new windshield; new tires. Alloy Rims (including spare) - mileage applies
to this engine: ~8,000 after installation. Mileage total ~230,000.
