MFA computer retrofit...

First, let me say that I just bid on the MFA computer in the 120 mph speedo
on ebay.  If I outbid some one on the list, let me know...I don't want to
get in a needless bidding war between fellas....

Now, the business at hand.  With some work, could I retrofit all of the
leads from the MFA into my 87 16v?  Granted I have a 140 mph speedo, but I'm
planning on taking the mfa and putting into that speedo.  Can I use generic
sending units and such to make the MFA work?
