Techtonics or Autotech dual downpipe?

I've a dual outlet manifold to mount on my '83 GTI this winter.  I've a 
factory downpipe that I could install, but thought I'd check with the groups 
collective wisdom and get feedback about using either a Techtonics or 
Autotech instead.
