Single Wiper Conversion

I remember running into a site that explained how to do the single wiper 
conversion.  Is it one of yours?  I've tried looking for it with no success.

How long does it take and do I need any special materials.

I'll be working all day sunday and most of Saturday on the car so I promise 
to post some content on monday and fewer questions.
