oil pressure

I have a mechanical VDO oil pressure gauge in my 8v roc.  I did a RPM vs. 
Pressure chart for curiosity and reference this is what I got:

10W-30 Oil  BOSCH Filter    117K on the clock
Presure in PSI

Oil Temp:   80 C        90 C        100 C (normal max)
RPM     

1000        35          22          20
1500        64          49          40
2000        76          76          60
2500        75          73          72
3000        79          75          72
4000        85          80          79
4500        90          80          75

Looks good to me, but is it normal/high/low?
Also, recently it dips to just less that 15 PSI at about 700 RPM:  is that 
bad?
How do other car's compare.
