Parts Found

  i know a while back tehre was someone from canada who was looking for
a cover to place over where a mirror used to be (sorry, i don't remember
names real well). well, today at the yard i found one on a
cabro..cabri..oh damn, you know, the thing that replaces the convertible
rabbit and before the cabrio. at any rate, it's not in excellent
condition, but if you'd give me your name and address i'd send it to
you. i might work on your jetta, might not. it'll be my stamp at any
rate.
  also, i think i read about someone searching for the black gauge cover
for their volt/oil gauge that sits beside the ashtray. at any rate, i
grabbed one off an '84 wolfsberg and it'd fit on my '86 8v so it should
fit on yours. if you'd let me know who you are, i'll send it off to you
as well.
  and as a side note to others. please allow these two to claim their
parts. i know that there are many things out there that we all want.
it's not that i don't trust y'all, i just know how passion for something
can interfere with ethics. i got lucky today. it might not happen again
(scirocco's are few and far between). let me know what you need (the
small things) and i'll see what i can do about getting it for you.
