Radio Anti-Theft Programming

These are two small files (different formats) to explain how to setup
the anti-theft system on the Heidelberg V radio. It may work on other
radios, but I cannot verify this nor take responsibility. The Win 9x/NT
version is more easily readable, but requires an .RTF viewer (like
WordPad, not NotePad).
