fan switch problem

I don't know what happened, but the radiator fan on my 16v
has stopped running...the coolant temp keeps on rising with
no fan kicking in.  However, it does run on high when I run
the AC, so I know that it's not the fuse or the motor.
Could my fan switch be bad?  It's the low-temp switch that
I installed only about 6 months ago!  Also, isn't there a
relay that controls the fan as well...could this be the prob?
I would appreciate any help.
