Seattle Bound/Emissions?

	Well Scirocco brethren I am now Seattle bound.....so I was wondering if WA
has any sort of emission controls? My 16V roc has a straight thru muffler
and TT racing downpipe which bypasses the cat. In Iowa we have no emissions
laws but Im hoping Im not gonna have to put a cat and downpipe back on.
What if I leave it registered in Iowa? Thanks!
