Tint removal (yes, again)

Ok...  my apologies in advance, I wasn't paying attention the first (or
second, third, etc) time around.

What works best to remove window tint??  I haven't tried yet, and I'm
imagining that a razor blade will get most of it, but will leave some
adhesive behind.  What chemicals will remove the adhesive?
